I have extremely low self confidence due to a lack of good support system, what can I do to improve my self confidence, remove/reduce negativity and insecurity about myself? Thank you

Write down good things that you have been doing to your family and friends.
Write down the positive traits of your parents.
Write down the positive traits of your partner if you have one.
Write down the positive traits of your best friend.
Do this exercise every night before going to bed.
Write down two good things you did for others during the day. (in the school /workplace/at home/while travelling
Do this for two weeks you will definitely experience your confidence boost up and you feel secure in your
I hope we have helped you.
