What are good omega 3 sources for a vegetarian?

Omega 3 s are polyunsaturated fatty acids classified as ALA (found mainly in plant origin foods), DHA and EPA(both found mainly in animal origin foods)
Benefits like cardiac protection, cancer prevention, improve skin health, memory and joint problems are there.
Omega 3 mainly found in natural non vegetarian or vegetarian products, added to some fortified food. To get adequate omega 3 you need a diet with variety of foods
Most of non vegetarian products are not available in Sri Lanka naturally.
plant seeds origin soybean oil, canola oil available at SL market. Spinach is one of good source naturally available in SL.
pasteurized diary products and some infant formula contain omega 3.
supplements are available and better to get some advice from a nutritionist or any other health care provider before start it, because drug interactions were recorded recently with these supplements.
