The abdominal fat has two types of distribution. part of the fat will be deposited under the skin where you can see from the outside, but the fat that is deposited around the organs which is called visceral fat and can not be seen from outside. even thin persons have visceral fat and the amount only can be viewed by an imaging method. there are few methods in reducing abdominal fat.
any kind of exercise could reduce the abdominal fat like brisk walking, jogging and running. but crunches are special types of exercises for abdominal fat. twist crunch, side crunch, reverse crunch, vertical leg crunch, bicycle exercise will help directly to reduce abdominal fat.
getting high fiber diet and reducing intake of carbohydrate will also help to reduce the abdominal fat. getting an adequate sleep and having a life with low stressful situations will also contribute to lower the deposition of abdominal fat.
