i have a big tummy after my second delivery .it looks very ugly .what can i do fot that

Usually this is a very common problem among young mothers . Basically this happens due to inadequacy of diet control and health education.
Main reason is reduce physical activity following delivery and poor diet control.
Belly filled with fat tissue cause protrusion of tummy. So you need to burn fat to get rid of from the obesity. To gain this result it is very important to consume low glycimic index food and increase your physical activity .
At least 30 min per day into 5 days a week would be a good exercise plan to practice. This exercise would be fast walking , fast working , or running. Doesn't matter the way you do it as long as you're continuously sweating.
Make sure that the exercise is suitable and convenient to your physical ability.
Get expertise opinion when necessary. Find out a suitable low glycemic diet according to your BMI following a discussion with a Dietitian.
